Is it really free?
Yes. No fees, no equity, no obligations. The stack is free for 12 months; what you do after is up to you.
What's the catch?
Accountability. Weekly written check-ins, Wednesday attendance, three strikes and you're out.
I'm an international student — can I apply?
Yes, and you should. Immigration guidance is part of the programme.
I've only got an idea.
Apply when you've done something — a conversation, a prototype, a first sale attempt. Question 3 is the bar.
Do I need a team?
No. Solo founders welcome.
I'm not at a Birmingham university.
Cohort 1 requires Wednesday evenings in Birmingham. If you can travel, apply.
Who sees my application?
The EB selection panel only. Not sales teams. Not investors.
What happens after 12 months?
Alumni status, Demo Day invitations, and the option — not the obligation — to continue on Rajoka products at normal pricing.
